The company also provides aerospace and defence solutions comprising aerial systems such as parachute systems; stealth systems such as camouflage nets; and rapid deployment systems such as decoys and temporary shelters, as well as maintenance and repair services. It operates in India, the United States, Germany, South Africa, Srilanka, Bangladesh, France, Singapore, Turkey, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Kusumgar Private Limited. The company was founded in 1970 and is based in Mumbai, India.
